It’s conveniently located to large employers of the city, such as the Ports Authority, Blackbaud, Boeing, and a 15 minute drive to the airport. Belle Hall Shopping Center is 1 mile down the road with so many restaurants, shopping, and stores you would rarely have to leave Long Point Rd. If you did leave Long Point, you’re 1 stop light from I-526 and can be at most any beach, doctor’s office, Target, Wal-mart, or the new Bowman Place shopping center within 10 minutes.
These homes are priced from the $400,000 up to over 1,000,000 on the water. Homes in this neighborhood are custom and most homes will have quality standard features such as cement board siding, granite countertops, hardwood and ceramic tile floors, trim package, stainless steel appliances and much more.
What’s it like to live in Hidden Cove?
From a resident: "There are people of all ages out walking their dogs or cruising to the boat landing in their golf cart with a cocktail to watch the sunset. What I loved the most about Hidden Cove was the size of the lot we were able to get in the heart of such a great location. There are always kids out playing in the cul-de-sac, 4th of July celebrations, and groups of all ages hanging out at the pool. It’s suburb life, but doesn’t feel like you’re living in “The Burbs,” said a Hidden Cove resident of 3 years. My favorite thing about Hidden Cove is it’s across the street from Long Point Grill. My husband goes to pick up take-out on the golf cart from there 2-3 nights per week, although I could eat their Pistachio Crusted chicken everyday.”
