Top five considerations for buyers when looking for property in downtown Charleston?

2.) Is historic significance important to you? Most of the oldest homes are in Charleston's South of Broad district.
3.) Is this a full time residence or second home?
4.) Walkability?
Downtown Charleston has a fantastic walk score second only to NYC.
5.)
Quiet or vibrant? Each borough downtown has its own personality. Do you want to be close to the battery or nearer to the College of Charleston? Do you want to walk out your door to shop and dine at your favorite neighborhood hot spots?
6.) Is the exterior of the home inportant? Do you prefer wood or masonry?
